1. In order to check that the items you select for your special occasion are available, we advise you to enter the details at the very beginning. Once done, click ‘Next’.
2. Check the details of your Special Occasion are correct. If you need extra days hire, then you can enter the number here. If all is well, click ‘Continue’.
3. Select the appropriate category for the items you wish to hire, e.g. ‘Table cloths, square & rectangular’.
4. Select a colour, select a size from the drop-down menu and click ‘Check availability’. If sufficient stock is not available, click ‘Back’. You might then consider a combination of colours, inserting a lower quantity for each or you might prefer to select an alternative colour. If stock is available, click ‘Add to Basket’
5. You can view the details of your order in Your Basket. If you’d like to change anything, simply click the ‘Edit’ button.
6. If you would like to order more items for your Special Occasion, click ‘Continue Shopping’, select a category and repeat the process.
7. In ‘Check Out’, you will be asked to provide your Username and Password. If you are using Special Occasion Linen for the first time, you will need to provide your details. Once done, click ‘Continue’
8. You will then be asked to provide a contact number. This is necessary in case we have trouble finding you – unlikely but possible. Also, please let us have any special delivery instructions just in case you are not there when we arrive.
9. Check your ‘Invoice Prior to Purchase’ details. If you need to make changes, simply use the Edit facilities. Here you also select your payment options. If your special occasion is some way off, you might prefer to pay a 10% deposit at this stage.
10. You will then be required to read our Terms & Conditions and click ‘Agree’ before proceeding to completion of your order.
